Theft Crimes

We handle all types of theft cases. There are various types of theft including forgery, theft of property, theft by deception, burglary and robbery. Theft cases range from misdemeanors to felonies. Misdemeanors have a range of punishment of jail up to twelve months. Felonies range from one year in prison to life, depending on the case.

We work in all courts throughout the State of Alabama. We concentrate our criminal practice in Jefferson County but we travel to other counties to represent people in need.
